Where. We only ship inside the USA.
This includes all US states, Hawaii and all territories
such as Puerto Rico. We cannot ship outside US.
When. We sell items that are in-stock and ready
to be shipped. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours
from the time payment was received. Some orders with
customer notes can be delayed up to 48 hours for extra processing.
How. All smaller orders are shipped through USPS.
Except for APO/FPO, delivery confirmation will be added
and the number will be included on your on-line invoice.
Some larger orders may be sent with UPS. In this case,
a tracking number will be provided.
DROP SHIPPING. We support blind drop-shipping in case you
want to ship your order without an invoice and without our name,
address or webpage. Please read our
DropShip Packing Slip Explanation.
Delivery Time. USPS First Class takes 3-5 days
on average and USPS Priority takes 2-4 days. 99.5% of all orders
will be delivered within that time from the shipping date.
0.5% orders can be delayed by USPS.
In such case we ask to wait up to 2 weeks and
notify us of non-delivery so that we either reship your order
as stated in "Non-Delivery" section or provide a full refund
of your payment.

Insurance. We add insurance to most packages
over $100. Should your insured package be lost or damaged,
we will have to resolve claim forms with USPS before
issuing a refund or replacement. We assume the
risk for damage or non-delivery on all uninsured packages.
If your package is received with defective items, we will ship
replacement as stated in our warranty policy.
In case of UPS shipping, we will need your phone number to
initiate a lost package claim. A UPS representative may call you to confirm the claim.
Non-Delivery. If you do not receive your package within
14 business days from the shipping date, and
USPS tracking page
confirms that the package was not delivered,
we will re-ship the order again. Should you receive both
packages, you are liable to return one back to us.
We will not reship orders for which USPS states delivery at the destination.
If the package we ship to you is returned back by USPS as undeliverable, a charge of at least
$3 plus actual shipping cost will apply. This charge will either be deducted from a refund or
applied to a reshipment order.
No exceptions. It is our responsibility to pack, mail and providing delivery confirmation. It is
your responsibility to make sure your local USPS office delivers mail at the address supplied to us.
